BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 256th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Friday, 11 July 2025 at London at 11:00 a.m, (London Standard Time), to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 2nd Quarter (Half Year) ended 30 June 2025 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 04 July 2025 to 11 July 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
