BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is in continuation to our earlier communication dated April 09, 2021 informing that the meeting of Board of Directors of UBL will be held on April 21, 2021 at 03:00 p.m. Since the meeting will be held after the closure of PUCARS timings, the announcement of results / entitlements, if any, will be communicated to Pakistan Stock Exchange on next day i.e. April 22, 2021 before opening of the Market.
