BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 229th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Friday, 23 October 2020 through video conference at 02:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time) inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the 3rd Quarter ended 30 September 2020 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 13 October 2020 to 23 October 2020 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
