BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 231st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, 24 February 2021 at 03:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time), through video conference call, at UBL Head Office Karachi, inter-alia, to consider Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2020 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 15 February 2021 to 24 February 2021 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
