This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 18 October 2018 at 09:30 a.m., at Islamabad, Pakistan to consider the 3rd Quarter Accounts for the period ended 30 September 2018 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 10 October 2018 to 18 October 2018 as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
