BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 176th meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on 21 February 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (UAE Time) at Abu Dhabi, UAE to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31-12-2011.
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on same day from our fax numbers 021- 32411749 or 021-990332304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 11 February 2012 to 21 February 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
