Board Meeting Intimation of GAIL (India) Limited - Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 and Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 31st July, 2023 to, inter-alia, consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023.

Further, in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 29th March, 2023 specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited which is already closed from 1st July, 2023 shall further remain closed till 02nd August, 2023 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
