Sigma Capital Group PLC07 March 2007 For Immediate Release 7 March 2007 The following announcement is to replace the announcement released 11:07 underRNS number 4904S. SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("Sigma" or the "Company") Board and Management Changes Sigma Capital Group plc (AIM:SGM), the specialist asset management and advisorygroup, is pleased to announce a restructuring of its board and the appointmentof Mark Hogarth to the board as an Investment Director in order to reflect thedevelopment and growth of its business and the responsibilities within. Under the new structure Graham Barnet, previously Joint Managing Director, willtake up the post of Chief Executive Officer and Neil Crabb, previously JointManaging Director, will take up the post of Chief Investment Officer. Sigma'sboard will now comprise, Graham Barnet Chief Executive Officer, Neil Crabb ChiefInvestment Officer, Marilyn Cole Finance Director, Mark Hogarth InvestmentDirector and Brian Hadfield non-executive Chairman. The board is currentlyreviewing the position of further non-executive directors and expects toannounce an appointment this year. Mark Stephen Hogarth (32) has been with Sigma on the investment team for fiveyears and was appointed as a director of the operating company Sigma TechnologyManagement Limited ("STM") in January 2005. For the past 18 months Mark has beenan investment director involved in sourcing and reviewing investment proposalsfor Sigma's funds and reporting to Sigma's Investment Committee. As well asnegotiating investments and leading the investment transactions, Mark also sitson the boards of a number of Sigma's portfolio companies. Mark has worked onmore than 30 investment rounds since joining Sigma in 2002. Mark was previouslywith Andersen Business Consulting where he worked with blue chip clients on arange of technical, strategic and business issues. Mark is currently also an investor representative of STM and non-executivedirector of i-design multimedia Limited and DEM Solutions Limited and wasformerly an investor representative of STM and non-executive director ofPetrodata Limited, which is in liquidation. Mark holds 431 ordinary shares inSigma together with options over a further 655,000 ordinary shares. There are nofurther details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) ofSchedule 2 of the AIM Rules. In addition to the above, we are pleased to announce the appointment of JackieMcKay to the STM board, subject to regulatory approval. Jackie (47) has beenwith Sigma since 2000 and is principally responsible for the organisation ofSigma's funds, supporting its fundraising activities and the management ofSigma's university relationships. Prior to Sigma, Jackie worked on the executiveteam serving the main board at HBOS plc.
