Board Composition
Further to its announcement on 1 December 2009 the Company confirms that Richard McGuire ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2009. Denis Jackson, Raymond MacSharry and Douglas E McMahon ceased to be Directors of the Company with effect from 2 December 2009.
