Appointment to Board Committees

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3), the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc announces the appointment of Rooney Anand to the Remuneration, Nomination and Corporate Compliance and Responsibility Committees.

Paula Vennells has been appointed to the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Corporate Compliance and Responsibility Committees.

As announced previously, Rooney Anand and Paula Vennells joined the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc on 1 January 2016 and Rooney has taken on the role of Senior Independent Director.
