Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11., Helical announces that Richard Grant will step down as a member of the Company's Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect.

Following this change, the Audit & Risk Committee is comprised of the following members:

This change to the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee has been made to ensure that the Company is fully compliant with Provision 24 of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.
