Board Committee Membership

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules, the Board of Directors of the Company announces that the following changes have been made, with immediate effect, to the membership of its Board Committees:

Remuneration Committee: Mr Alan Booth, Interim Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down from this Committee.

Corporate Responsibility Committee: Mr Alan Booth, Interim Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down from this Committee.

Audit Committee: Mr Alan Booth, Interim Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down from this Committee and Vivien Gibney, Independent Non-Executive Director, has joined this Committee.

Technical Reserves Committee: Dr Carl Trowell has been appointed the Chairman of this Committee and Mr Alan Booth, Interim Chief Executive Officer, will remain on this Committee.
