Board Committee Changes

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11(3) of the UK Listing Rules, Merlin Entertainments plc today announces the following changes to the Company's Board Committees with immediate effect:

Fru Hazlitt steps down from the Audit Committee.

Trudy Rautio steps down from the Nomination Committee and will join the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Rachel Chiang will join the Audit Committee and the Health, Safety & Security Committee.

Following the above changes, the Board Committees are now comprised as follows:-
