In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R the Company announces that Dominique Reiniche will step down as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 23 May 2024.
Dominique will continue as Non-Executive Director, Workforce NED and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
