Board Committee Changes

Sky plc ('Sky') announces that Andrew Sukawaty, Sky's Senior Independent Director, has been appointed Chair of the Corporate Governance & Nominations Committee with effect from 9 June 2016. Andrew succeeds Nicholas Ferguson who stepped down from the role when he retired from the Board at the end of April 2016.

In addition, Martin Gilbert has stepped down as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 9 June 2016 and has been succeeded by Adine Grate. Martin Gilbert will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
