In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3), Arrow Global announces the following Board Committee change with effect from 26 November 2019:
·; Maria Luís Albuquerque (Non-Executive Director), joins the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee of the Company now comprises of Jonathan Bloomer (Chair), Lan Tu, Andrew Fisher and Maria Luís Albuquerque.
