Jon Little, Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (the "Committee"), is stepping down from the Committee with immediate effect due to other time commitments.

The Committee now comprises Polly Williams (Committee Chairman), Lorraine Trainer and Jonathon Bond, all independent Non-executive Directors.
