Board Changes

Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM:BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that following the Company's rapid successful growth and transition to a public company, the Board has decided together to make a number of Board changes to best position the team to drive Belvoir for further growth. The following Board changes, which are being announced today at the Belvoir National Franchisee conference, will be made with immediate effect.

Dorian Gonsalves, Chief Executive will be stepping down from his role for personal reasons, but will continue with the Company as Director of Commercial and Franchising, with a more operational focused responsibility. His remaining responsibilities will primarily include overseeing day-to-day running of the business, representing the Belvoir brand at events and act as spokesperson when required.

Carl Chadwick, the Finance Director of Belvoir, will take on the role of Chief Executive. The Board is currently looking for a Finance Director to replace Carl Chadwick's position; a further announcement will be made when a replacement has been appointed.

Mike Goddard's position remains unchanged as Executive Chairman.

A further four non - Board directors have been appointed to provide additional front line support to Belvoir's franchise owners. These include: Compliance Director Cheryl Watts, Operations Director Lucy Noonan, Support Director Ian Maclean and Corporate Director Ellie Hall.

Additionally, Karen Bach, Non-Executive Director is resigning from the Board to take up another business opportunity. Andrew Borkowski, will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and he will chair the audit committee

Andrew has been a partner since 1997 with law firm Geldards LLP where he heads the Midlands corporate and banking teams. Andrew is a member of Geldards' audit committee. He has over 25 years' experience as a corporate lawyer including both UK and cross-border transactions and advisory work.

Commenting on the changes Mike Goddard, Executive Chairman commented:
