Alternative Networks plc ("Alternative Networks" or the "Group")
Board changes
The Group today announces that Kenneth McGeorge, Non-Executive Chairman, will step down from the Board at the end of his contract on 18 January 2010. Tony Caplin, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Group, will become Non-Executive Chairman.
The Group is currently in discussions to appoint an additional Non-Executive Director and an announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
James Murray, Chief Executive commented:
