David Jones, Chairman of Plant Impact commented:
"I am delighted that Chris Tyler has agreed to serve as a Non-Executive Director of Plant Impact. The Company is fortunate to attract an experienced finance professional of Chris' quality to support its commitment to sound corporate governance. His strategic and financial stewardship of Porvair's growth offers our Company many lessons for our own expansion plans.
On a personal note, I should like to thank Martin for his long service at Plant Impact. In particular, I am grateful for his considerable support to me in 2011 in achieving the fundamental restructuring and redirection of the Company and also subsequently for his valuable judgement as a Board member during the successful translation of those changes into operational success under the leadership of John Brubaker."
