BOARD CHANGES
The directors of UMC Energy plc (AIM : UEP) advise the following changes to the composition of the board of directors of the Company.
Mr Roger Shakesby has been appointed a non-executive director and Mr Glenn Whiddon has resigned, with immediate effect. Messrs Chris Kyriakou, Chairman, and Jonathan Reynolds, Finance Director, remain on the board.
