Savile Group plc (the "Group" or the "Company") Board changes
Savile Group plc (SAVG.L), the AIM quoted human resources consulting group, specialising in coaching, mentoring, career transition and talent management, announces the following Board changes with immediate effect.
Peter Evans has agreed to relinquish the role of Chief Executive Officer, but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director with an active involvement in business development for the Group. In addition, Jo Bond (Chief Operating Officer) and David Stewart (Chairman of IDDAS) have agreed to step down from the Board, but will remain key senior Directors of the Group.
As a consequence the Board now comprises Jonathan Cohen (Executive Chairman), Mark Sidlin (Finance Director), Michael Moran, Cindy Mahony and Helen Pitcher (the chief executives of Fairplace, Cedar, and IDDAS respectively), Ken Brotherston, Peter Conroy and Peter Evans (Non-Executive Directors) and Linda Jackson (Managing Director - Fairplace).
