Board changes

Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, confirms that, further to the announcements on 25 October 2018 and 2 May 2019, Shaun Smith will stand down today as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Paul Dollman, appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2019, will take up the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, replacing Shaun Smith, with effect from today.
