A termination dateis being mutually agreed and the Board hopes to name a successor in this roleshortly. The Board also announces that Kevin Higginson will not renew his mandate as aNon Executive Director on 1 February 2005, following the completion of a twoyear term. Kevin's place as Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee willbe taken by John Joyce, who will be appointed to the Board on 1 February 2005.John is a Chartered Accountant and currently Chairman of Wenham Major PrivateClients. He was formerly National Head of Tax of Tenon Group Plc and prior tothis role he was Head of UK Corporate Tax for Rolls Royce Plc. The Board further announces the resignation on 24 January 2005 of Bill Main,part time Deputy Chairman since October 2004.
