BOARD CHANGES
The Board of easyHotel plc announces that, as outlined in section two of the Offer Document posted to shareholders on the 19 August 2019, Non-executive Chairman Jonathan Lane OBE has confirmed his intention to step down from the Board and to leave the Company on 1 October 2019.
Following Jonathan's resignation, Non-Executive Director Scott Christie will assume the role of Interim Non-executive Chairman.
A search for a replacement Chairman has commenced and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
