("Avarae" or the "Company")
BOARD CHANGES
Avarae Global Coins Plc (AIM:AVR), the UK's only publicly traded specialist investment company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, today announces that Nigel Christian Gautrey, has been appointed to the board of Avarae as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Nigel, 53, is an experienced company director having recently joined Hillberry Trust Company Limited, Avarae's Isle of Man based administrator. Nigel replaces Diane Clarke, who has resigned as an executive director of Avarae with immediate effect. The Board of Avarae would like to express their thanks to Diane for her service to the Company over the last 6 years.
Nigel had previously spent fifteen years working for Duncan Lawrie Private Bankers and before that Lloyds Banking Group. Nigel does not have a shareholding in Avarae.
In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the Company announces the following information:
