BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE: BRW) is pleased to announce that with immediate effect, a change in the responsibilities for Henry Algeo who has been appointed to the position of Group Managing Director. Henry previously served on the Board as Chief Operating Officer and had responsibility for Business Support, Information Communication & Technology; Facilities and Change Management. His role will now also encompass Investment Management.

Jamie Matheson, Executive Chairman, commented, "We are delighted that Henry will assume the additional responsibility, he has made a significant contribution to operations since December 2011 and he has become a valuable member of the Board."
