Board Changes

The Board of Concha is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Akers as Executive Chairman of the Company effective immediately. Chris replaces Mark Barney Battles who resigned as Non-Executive Chairman on 28 December 2012 to continue his role as Non-Executive Chairman of Enables IT plc (EIT), recently readmitted to AIM.

Mr Akers has already served on several public and private company boards, including several AIM companies and is expected to be of great value to the Company, both on a technical and corporate level. He began his career in Media, as a research analyst for Saatchi and Saatchi, and moved on to work for both the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and then for Citicorp. He was Chairman and Chief Executive of Leeds United plc from 1996-98. In 1999, he founded Sports Internet Group plc, which was admitted to AIM later that year and acquired by British Sky Broadcasting plc in 2000 for £300m.

Save as disclosed below, there are no matters to be disclosed under Schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr Akers was non-executive chairman and a director of EuroTelecom Communications Inc. ("EuroTelecom, Inc") which was admitted to trading on AIM on 5 April 2000 raising £15m to fund strategic acquisitions, development of new and existing businesses and additional working capital, primarily through its principal operating subsidiary, EuroTelecom Corporation Limited ("ETC Limited"). Mr Akers was not a director of ETC Limited. On 23 February 2001 ETC Limited was placed into administration. On 23 February 2001, the London Stock Exchange suspended trading of EuroTelecom Inc.'s shares on AIM. Following a six month suspension from trading the London Stock Exchange cancelled trading in EuroTelecom Inc's shares on AIM on 23 August 2001.

From 9 December 1998 to 12 February 2002 Mr Akers was a non-executive director of Sportsworld Media Group plc ("SMG"), a company incorporated in England and Wales and listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. On 9 April 2002, SMG resolved that there was no longer any reasonable prospect of continuing to trade on a solvent basis and to invite its bankers to appoint an administrative receiver. SMG was subsequently placed in administrative receivership.
