Board Changes
Following a review of the composition of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), United Cacao Limited SEZC (AIM: CHOC), the AIM-quoted cacao plantation company based in Peru, is pleased to announce that Constantine Gonticas, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. The Board will review the Chairmanship of the Board over the coming months.
In addition to the change mentioned above, the Company has begun the process of seeking to identify a further non-executive director and will provide an update in due course.
