Board Changes & Posting of Presentation

Uranium Resources plc, the AIM listed uranium exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dimitri Pashov as a Non-executive Director of the Company and representative of Estes Limited, the Company's 45.1% strategic shareholder. His appointment further strengthens the relationship between the two companies, as Uranium Resources advances its strategy of building a leading uranium company. Concurrently existing Director Hugh Warner is stepping down from his position.

Dimitri Pashov, a qualified English solicitor and Russian lawyer, has worked for various international law firms, banks and companies since 1994. Qualified as a solicitor at Norton Rose Group, he has worked as General Counsel for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd in the UK and as Head of Corporate Finance Legal at UC Rusal, the world's largest aluminum producer, in Moscow. He is currently General Counsel at investment company Eastlink Lanker plc.
