Enterprise Inns PLC24 April 2006 24 APRIL 2006 ENTERPRISE INNS plc BOARD CHANGES Enterprise Inns plc announces that after 12 years on the Board, Gordon Harrison,Operations Director has decided to retire from the Group at the end of September2006. Gordon joined Enterprise Inns on its formation in 1991 as one of its firstRegional Managers and became a Board member in 1994, prior to the company'sflotation. The Board also announces that Simon Townsend, currently Customer ServicesDirector, will be promoted to the post of Chief Operating Officer with effectfrom 1 October 2006. Simon joined the company in February 1999 as Director ofMarketing and Logistics, and joined the Board as Customer Services Director inOctober 2000. Commenting on the announcement, Ted Tuppen, Chief Executive said: "Throughout his time with Enterprise Inns, Gordon has been a highly valuedmember of the team. I would like to thank him for his outstanding contributionto the successful growth of the company over the past 15 years and wish him wellfor the future.
