Board Changes

Dublin, London, 31 May 2019: C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group'), today announces that Vincent Crowley has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2019. Vincent was appointed a Non-Executive Director in January 2016 and is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Further to the Statement re: Board Changes issued on 7 February 2019, which stated, inter alia, that Richard Holroyd was to step down from the Board, the effective date of his resignation is 31 May 2019.

Stewart Gilliland, Chairman of C&C, commented: "We are very grateful to Richard for the contribution he has made to the Group's long-term development."

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.6.5 of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
