BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited, the software developer focussed on optimising employee/individuals' productivity, is pleased to announce that, in line with its focus on launching and rolling out the BOS360 Work Patterns platform in May 2017, Mark Uren has been appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer ('COO'). Murray Bergin, previously an Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed Executive Director BOS360.

Following these appointments, the board is comprised of the following directors of the Company:

· Michael Travia Managing Director

· Mark Uren Executive Director and COO

· David Ireland Non-Executive Director

· Larry Shutes Non-Executive Chairman

· Mark Reilly Non-Executive Director

· Murray Bergin Executive Director

Mark Uren has more than 25 years` experience in consulting, professional services and technology. He is a director of the subsidiary companies for the Kronologica and Meetingly products, which developed previous prototypes of two of the Company's software solutions. Previously, he was CEO of a major animal hospital, and is an experienced COO of technology advice and guidance companies.

Murray Bergin has extensive management experience across the hardware, software and retail telecommunications industries as well as significant professional services operations. He is currently active in directing technology start-up operations via Recorked and Free Force.

David Ireland will become Chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. The Audit Committee now comprises David Ireland (Chairman), Larry Shutes and Mark Uren and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee comprises David Ireland (Chairman), Larry Shutes and Murray Bergin.

New BOS COO Mark Uren said, "Having enjoyed working with BOS GLOBAL for the past three years and with my previous experience working with technology advice and guidance companies, I am extremely pleased to take on the role of Group Chief Operating officer at this exciting time for BOS GLOBAL. Together with Murray Bergin, we are dedicated to creating a strong and efficient team with the relevant software development knowledge to provide a comprehensive productivity suite to our customers.
