The Company announces that on 11 August 2016 Mrs. Neomi Enoch informed the Company of her resignation from her post as directors of the Company with an immediate effect.

The wording of her resignation notice was as follows:

"I hereby resign from my membership as a member of the board of directors of the Company ("the Board"), due to difficulties in properly performing my duties as a director of the Company, in light of the recent developments and status of the Company.

My resignation is to become effective as on the date of this letter."
