The Board of Cenkos Securities plc ("the Company") today announces that Andy Stewart has been appointed Executive Deputy Chairman and that the Board has appointed the existing Group Finance Director Simon Melling to succeed Andy as Chief Executive Officer. These changes will take effect from 1 July 2009. Calvin Gregory-Lilley the current Financial Controller will be appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Andy Stewart said "I along with the rest of the Board of Directors have every confidence in Simon as my successor as CEO. I believe that he is the best person to lead the Group going forward. I have worked alongside Simon for periods spanning nearly 20 years and I am looking forward to continuing to do so in my new role at Cenkos. Simon has been with the Company since September 2006 and played a major role in our flotation on AIM at that time."
