Board Changes

As detailed in the earlier announcement in respect of the Company's Results for the year ended 31 December 2009, John Hodson will stand down as Chairman and as a Director of the Company on the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2010. Peter Sullivan currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company will be appointed as Chairman of the Company.

Andy Stewart, the founder of the Company, has also decided to move from the position of Executive Deputy Chairman to Non-Executive Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
