Board Changes at Friends Life

The Company announces that Trevor Matthews has today resigned as Vice Chairman of Friends Life*. He was recently replaced as CEO of Friends by Andy Briggs, who joined from Lloyds Banking Group where he was CEO of General Insurance, having previously been CEO of Scottish Widows.

On Tuesday, 7th June, the Company will update the market on its cash and capital position.
