BRAMMER plc

BOARD CHANGES

Brammer plc, the European industrial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bill Whiteley, as a non executive director with effect from 1 July 2008. Mr Whiteley (59), has recently retired as Chief Executive of Rotork plc, is the senior independent director of Spirax Sarco Engineering plc and is a non executive director of Dialight plc.

Coincidental with this appointment, Mr Svante Adde will retire from the Board as planned on 30 June 2008. Mr Adde has been non executive director  since September 2005 and has served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Paul Forman will take over as Remuneration Committee Chairman from 1 July 2008

Commenting on this appointment, David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer said:

"We are delighted to welcome Bill Whiteley to the Board. Brammer's strategy is clearly focused on growing its European distribution business and Bill's wide international industrial experience will be of considerable benefit to Brammer in the successful development of that strategy.

"Svante Adde has served on the Board as a non executive director for the past three years. We thank him for his commitment and contribution during this important period in the Group's development and wish him every success in the future."
