Newcourt Group plc12 July 2006 NEWCOURT GROUP PLC Board Changes 12 July 2006 Newcourt Group plc ("Newcourt" or the "Company") is pleased to announce theappointment of Mr John Butler (51) as a non-executive director with effect fromtoday to replace Mr Philip Cunningham, who is retiring from the board, havingserved as a non-executive director since April 2004. Mr Butler is an experienced corporate financier, having worked in the industryfor 17 years advising many corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposalsand capital markets transactions. Mr Butler is currently a director of DavyCorporate Finance and was previously managing director of NCB Corporate Finance.
