PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and innovator of great-tasting stevia, announces the resignation of Tan Boon Seng ("Boon Seng") from his position as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect due to personal commitments.

Boon Seng remains committed as a long term investor of the Company.
