Board Changes

ASX, AIM and Media Release 19 November 2014 BASE RESOURCES LIMITED Board Changes Base Resources Limited (ASX:BSE) wishes to advise that Mr Mike Stirzaker hasbeen appointed to, and Mr Trevor Schultz has retired from, the role ofNon-Executive Director of the Company effective immediately. Mr Schultz's retirement comes as part of the ongoing evolution of thecomposition of the Board as we move into the next phase of the development ofBase Resources. Trevor has been a director of Base since 2011 and has made aninvaluable contribution to the Company throughout the construction phase of itsKwale project. The Company wishes Mr Schultz every success in his futureendeavours. Previously the alternate director to Mr Schultz and already having made asignificant contribution, Mr Mike Stirzaker has now joined the Board with hisskills well matched to the next phase of the Company's development.
