BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace by collecting and generating workforce analytics, is pleased to announce the first of the additional strategic new Board appointments being pursued (see RNS of 31 May 2017 and 8 June 2017) with Mr. Adam Webb appointed as Non-Executive Director, effective today. With the arrival of a new Director, and reflective of the Company's refocused strategy on technology following its Reverse Takeover of Forte Energy NL, Mark Reilly is stepping down from his role as Non-Executive Director, effective 31 July 2017. The restructuring of the Board provides the Company with a highly experienced individual who will give strategic advice to BOS GLOBAL as it looks to rapidly expand its software business. This is a crucial time in the Company's development following the recent launch of its innovative BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service ('BOS360 PaaS') and the roll out of BOS Time, BOS Automate and BOS Meet. The appointment also coincides with the Company's relocation of its corporate headquarters to London as it looks to grow the business globally.

Mr. Webb is a senior qualified solicitor and corporate financier with an expansive career spanning over 40 years. He has accrued a wealth of experience and built a strategic network of contacts within the UK and overseas equity markets, working as a financial adviser, nominated adviser, stockbroker and board Director. Highlights within his career include training and qualifying as a solicitor with Slaughter and May in the City, moving into mainstream investment banking with Morgan Grenfell and thereafter heading up the London and European corporate finance activities of both CIBC / Wood Gundy and then Société Générale. He worked on the launch of the first quoted fund on the London AIM market and has assisted in a number of corporate recoveries and turnarounds.

Mr. Webb is a founding member of business consultancy company Tugurium Associates Limited and has been an independent speaker for the London Stock Exchange's ELITE platform, which supports ambitious private companies through their next stage of growth.

Additional information on Mr. Adam Webb

Mr. Robert Adam Hiliary Webb, aged 64, currently holds or has held the following directorships and partnerships over the last five years:

Mr. Webb was appointed as Chairman in October 1997 to Crown Products Group PLC ("CPG") in attempt to rescue that company when it fell into financial difficulty. While a subsidiary of CPG was successfully divested a receiver was appointed to CPG in January 1998.

Adam and Partners Limited, a private company associated with Mr. Webb, went through a creditors' voluntary arrangement in January 1999. Mr. Webb was a director from April 1992 to October 2007.

Mr. Webb holds no securities in BOS GLOBAL.

BOS GLOBAL aims to generate re-occurring income through subscriptions of its BOS360 PaaS and supporting products, as well as through licensing of its patented Work Pattern technology. The Company's sales strategy is focused on building a global distribution partner network via Enterprise Software Vendors, Professional Services organisations and Consulting Practices.

The Company has a 40% equity interest in Call Design Pty Ltd, a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce management, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base. This highly synergistic investment is expected to provide multiple cross-selling opportunities to both companies in line with BOS GLOBAL's strategy to deliver a comprehensive business optimisation offering globally. This investment includes the 1st Rights of Offer and Refusal for BOS GLOBAL to acquire the balance of Call Design on the same financial terms as the initial 40% investment

Call Design sets a new standard for Workforce Management, while BOS GLOBAL's software sets a new standard for Workforce Efficiency. Both products will be offered through BOS360 PaaS, setting a new standard for Workforce Analytics to give companies greater control in making informed, fact-based decisions on their operational activities; Workforce Analytics is a combination of software and methodology that applies statistical models to worker-related data, allowing enterprise leaders to optimise human and machine resources.

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited is an AIM listed company incorporated in Australia, operating from offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
