Board Changes

BCA, Europe's largest used vehicle marketplace, announces two planned board changes effective today.

Following the appointment of three independent non-executive directors on 27 August, BCA announces the final changes to the board's intended long term composition. Tim Lampert, who was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 11 June this year, now formally joins the board. Spencer Lock, the Group Managing Director, has stepped down from the board to concentrate entirely on his role running the Group's operations.

There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to section 9.6.13 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
