Board Changes

 

In line with the Company announcement made on 26 July 2018, the Company confirms that Ian Wakelin formally stepped down from the Board as Chief Executive Officer on 28 September 2018 and Michael Topham was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Richard Pike was appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 29 September 2018.

 

The Company announces that Carol Chesney was appointed to the Remuneration Committee ("the Committee") on 11 September 2018 and Ken Lever resigned from the Committee on that date.

 

As a result of these changes, the composition of the Board and the Board Committees with effect from 29 September 2018 will be as follows:

 

Board

Ken Lever (Chair), Michael Averill, Carol Chesney, David Martin, Richard Pike and Michael Topham.

 

Audit Committee

Carol Chesney (Chair), Michael Averill and David Martin.

 

Nomination Committee

Ken Lever (Chair), Michael Averill, Carol Chesney, David Martin.

 

Remuneration Committee

Michael Averill (Chair), Carol Chesney and David Martin.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.

1. Mr Pike's Shareholding

Mr Pike's total current shareholding in the Company is 205,588 shares, of which 30,588 were purchased on the 17 August 2018 prior to joining the Company and with the remaining 175,000 shares purchased on the 14 and 17 September 2018 and publicly disclosed on the 18 September 2018 in accordance with DTR 3.1.
