Board changes

Arden Partners plc ("Arden" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Ansell and Peter Moon as Independent Non-Executive Directors with effect from 31st December 2010 and subject to FSA Regulatory approval.

Mark Ansell is a Chartered Accountant and has significant experience as a business consultant and director involved in strategic and corporate finance advice and in management and leadership roles. Mark has held previously senior roles in many organisations including being the Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director of Aston Villa plc, Interim Chief Executive of Marketing Birmingham and a Senior Partner and Partner in charge of Corporate Finance of Deloitte in Birmingham and the Midlands. Mark will assume the role as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Further disclosures relating to Mark are set out below.

Peter Moon has been involved in the institutional investment business for many years. In 2009 Peter retired from the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited where he was Chief Investment Officer running a fund of some £27.5 billion. The previous institutions where Peter has worked include British Airways Pensions, National Provident and Slater Walker Investment Management. Peter has also acted as adviser to a number of Councils including Lincolnshire and Middlesbrough. He has served as Chairman of the NAPF Stock Exchange Sub-Committee and as a member of the NAPF Investment Committee.

The Board of Arden is also pleased to announce, with immediate effect, the appointment of Steve Wassell, the Company's Chief Operating Officer as an Executive Director.

The Company also announces the retirement of Tony Bartlett with effect from 31st December 2010. Tony has been involved with Arden since the early days of its inception in 2002 and has played an important role in its development and has carried out many roles for the Company including Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Corporate Finance and since 2008 as a non-executive director. The Board wishes to thank Tony for his significant contribution to Arden and wishes him well in his retirement.
