Board Changes

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, is pleased to announce the appointment, effective today, of Mr. Mitch Adamek and Mr. Guy Wollaert as Non-Executive Directors of PureCircle.

Mr. Mitch Adamek

Mitch Adamek, aged 53, retired from PepsiCo Inc. in 2011 after a 22 years career in both Procurement and Human Resources roles. His last role at PepsiCo was Chief Procurement Officer, where he led a global organization that was responsible for the procurement of goods and services of over US$ 30 billion annually, including purchases covering all of PepsiCo's worldwide business units, N. American Pepsi Bottlers and beverage Joint Ventures. He was a member of PepsiCo's President's Executive Council and held seats on many of the division's executive leadership teams. Prior to PepsiCo Inc., he spent six years in human resources leadership positions at USG Corporation.

Mr. Adamek is currently a Non-Executive Director of Wayne Farms LLC and sits on its Compensation Committee. Wayne Farms is the 6th largest poultry producer in the US with revenues in excess of US$2 billion and is the largest subsidiary of the privately held Continental Grain Company.

Mr. Adamek earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from The University of Toledo.

Mr. Guy Wollaert

Guy Wollaert, aged 56, has recently stepped down as a Senior Vice President and Chief Technical & Innovation Officer of The Coca-Cola Company ("TCCC"), after a 23 years career.

Mr. Wollaert grew up in Belgium and began working for TCCC in Eastern Europe before assuming leadership positions in Asia and the U.S. As Chief Technical and Innovation Officer, he was responsible for consolidating corporate functions ranging from procurement, R&D, quality and governance. Mr. Wollaert previously served as General Manager, Global Juice Center, where he was responsible for leading various functions including business development and supply chain for its global juice and juice drink operations.

Mr. Wollaert has a master's degree from Hoger Architektuur Instituut St-Lucas in Ghent, Belgium.

List of Mr. Adamek's and Mr. Wollaert's directorships and partnerships over the past five years are included as an appendix below.

Save for the information set out in this announcement, there are no other matters in relation to Mr. Adamek's and Mr. Wollaert's appointment that require disclosure under the AIM Rules.
