Board changes
KBC Advanced Technologies plc, a leading consultant to the energy industry, today announces that George Bright has resigned as CEO of KBC with immediate effect. George has agreed to remain with the business until the end of October to assist with an orderly handover.
Ian Godden, currently Chairman, will lead the business on an interim basis, as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Ian's initial focus will be to accelerate the implementation of the restructuring of the consulting business which was recently announced. Ian will be supported by the senior management team including Caroline Brown, CFO.
The board would like to thank George for his contribution to the business during his tenure and wish him well for the future.
