Board Change
Tracsis Plc ("Tracsis" or "the Company" or "the Group"), today announces that Robert Watson has given notice to the Board terminating his employment to pursue new opportunities outside the business. His specific departure will take effect before the end of 2010.
John McArthur, Chief Executive of Tracsis, commented "I would like to thank Robert for the significant contribution he has made to all parts of the Group since coming together with Tracsis in 2008. On behalf of the Board and our team, I wish him every success for the future."
