Board Change

Gama Aviation Plc announces that Kevin Godley, Group CFO, has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Kevin will remain with the business until the end of January 2018 to ensure an orderly handover. An interim CFO is in the process of being recruited pending the appointment of a permanent replacement.

Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation plc said:

During this time Kevin has successfully set up and developed a robust global finance function and team to support the Group's growth.
