BOARD CHANGE

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) announces that Andrew Rashbass will step down as Chief Executive Officer on completion of the acquisition of Euromoney by Becketts Bidco Limited at the point when the Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, as set out in the scheme document dated 12 August 2022, becomes effective.

Commenting on today's announcement Leslie Van de Walle, Chair of Euromoney said: "I would like to thank Andrew on behalf of the Board for his leadership of the Group since his appointment in October 2015. During that time, he has achieved a great deal. Andrew developed and implemented the Group's successful 3.0 strategy; influenced and oversaw the Group's transition to becoming a fully independent company; reshaped the Group's approach to governance and the composition of its Board; demonstrated great leadership steering the Group through the covid-19 pandemic; and pioneered the Group's Working 3.0 strategy, providing staff with the freedom to choose where they work. Andrew's strategic approach created value for our shareholders, as evidenced by their overwhelming support for the Board's recommendation to accept Beckett Bidco Limited's offer to acquire the Company."

Andrew Rashbass said: "It has been a privilege to work at Euromoney during a period of great change alongside all my many talented and committed colleagues. It is an extraordinary team of people.
